My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were perfect, although a fridge would have been a nice addition; however, I was disappointed to find a room that wasn't cleaned properly upon my arrival. The staff were incredibly helpful during my stay, which made up for the initial room issue. The location was quite untidy and not very well organized, but I appreciated the accommodation provided for my mom near the lift. The dining experience was really lovely, with nice and fresh options, although there were some shortages. Overall, while there were some hiccups, the friendly service and lovely dining made up for it.
